MIND MODEL: Auto Insurance Websites Improving, But Still Leaving Customers Frustrated

The First Quarter 2007 Auto Insurance Mind Model Study is now available. For this Mind Model study we looked at the websites of 14 major auto insurance providers
to examine customer expectations and discover where companies succeed or fail
in attracting and retaining customers.

"Recognizing what customers are actually encountering when they go online and
