Luis Serpa, Account Director. A web usability expert with 10 years experience in web applications and analytics, Luis has extensive background in areas of CRM, informational design, systems engineering, database administration, process analysis and marketing strategy.

Kim Dziedzic, Design/User Interface Team Lead. With 9 years experience in web design and development and a Master’s Degree in Design from IIT, her areas of expertise include information design, human-centered design, web usability and design strategy.

Sarah Beckley, Writer/Editor. With 10 years experience writing and editing a wide variety of training and educational materials, Sarah’s background includes five years in the technology sector and a stint in niche publishing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Jensie Grigsby, Account Manager. Jensie draws on 10 years of marketing and advertising experience as both a project manager and copywriter to complement her current customer-centric communications work at Vox. Her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Marketing is from Drake University.

Aaron Huston, Account Manager. Aaron has 10 years of consulting, product and project management and business analysis experience in ecommerce, web design, telecommunications OSS applications, financial services and general business process engineering. Aaron holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Loyola University Chicago and received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Anne McLain, Account Manager. Anne has 16 years of business experience and has been a project manager on a variety of web and communications projects. Her background in the multimedia presentation industry lends a unique perspective in understanding the essentials of the customer experience.

Jack Borland, Independent Consultant. A graduate of the University of Chicago, he has held diverse roles over the course of his 20+ years of experience. Jack has researched, written, spoken and consulted on a variety of topics, including customer experience best practices, document, content and records management technologies, print technologies and web application technologies and practices.
