Vox President, Bill Cusick

Bill Cusick,
CEO

With 20 years of customer experience-related experience and expertise, Bill has spent countless hours helping companies improve bottom-line performance through enriched customer relationships.

Bill spent 11 years at Allstate Insurance Company, where he ran a variety of corporate communications programs. He was responsible for conceiving and implementing a more efficient way of communicating with its 40-million customers, dramatically raising the value of customer interactions, while saving millions of dollars in processing costs.

Bill lives in Oak Park with his wife, three children and two dogs. He has completed several marathons, including the Boston Marathon. Bill has served as a director on several non-profit boards, and in his spare time helps coach in the vicious dog-eat-dog world of t-ball and youth soccer.

Vox Executive Vice President, Jeannie Walters

Jeannie Walters,
President

As President, Jeannie is responsible for the overall strategic & financial success of Vox, including the oversight of Client Services, Sales and Marketing and Internal Resources. She also serves on the company's executive committee, participating in strategic development and planning.

Jeannie graduated with a Political Science degree from University of Missouri. From there, she worked as a fundraising consultant to major educational and healthcare institutions, gaining valuable insight into successful call-center processes.

A sought-after speaker on topics including customer experience, communications in corporate environments and networking, Jeannie has been featured in Crain's Chicago Business and NBC-5 News. For four years, Jeannie was Executive Director of ChicWIT, part of a 25,000+ member women's business network. She is a member of the Illinois State Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka's Advisory Board for Women's Issues and Faith Popcorn's Talent Bank.

Jeannie has extensive ties within the large Chicago business community and works with several charitable causes. Her greatest joy, though, is raising her toddler son with her husband, Mike.
